Replacements are only offered in case of product damage, and must be supported with a complete unpacking video for approval.

• Delivery: After dispatch, delivery takes 5–7 working days via ST Courier or Franch Express within Tamil Nadu.

• For other Indian states, shipments are made via DTDC (where service is available) or India Speed Post.
