Size replacements are not possible for these items, as they are stitched to order and designed specifically as maternity wear, for which we maintain strict hygiene standards.

Replacements are only offered in case of product damage, and must be supported with a complete unpacking video for approval.

• No returns or exchanges are allowed, as all items are made to order.

• In case of damaged products, an unpacking video (from the moment the package is opened) and the original packaging are mandatory to process an exchange.

• No exchange will be accepted without video proof and proper packaging.

 

• For the first wash, please opt for dry cleaning or hand wash separately in cold water.

• Use mild detergents only – avoid harsh chemicals.

• We highly recommend hand washing for all our products to help maintain fabric quality and extend the life of your dress.
