Replacements are only offered in case of product damage, and must be supported with a complete unpacking video for approval.

• In case of damaged products, an unpacking video (from the moment the package is opened) and the original packaging are mandatory to process an exchange.

• No exchange will be accepted without video proof and proper packaging.

• Updation is only after dispatch by mail
